Lemony Garlic Broccoli

Ingredients

# Item Amount Where to buy?
1 Broccoli
2 Garlic
3 Lemon
4 Oil/butter
5 Salt
6 Water

  • Step 1: Boil broccoli in hot water until soft, 5-7 minutes (the longer you keep, the softer it gets)
  • Step 2: In a pan, heat oil or butter and fry garlic until golden brown.
  • Step 3: Once the broccoli is boiled, dispose the water and transfer the broccoli into the pan.
  • Step 4: Add some lemon juice and salt.
  • Step 5: Mix well and voila!

Tips & Tricks/Notes

Goes great with rice/pasta or even on its own. 

Tip: I topped up the dish with some dried parsley.
