Homemade Burger (Healthy!)

Ingredients

# Item Amount Where to buy?
1 Burger buns (with sesame preferably)
2 Chicken breast
3 Lettuce
4 Cheese slices
5 Sauce ( i used Kewpie roasted sesame)
6 Oil
7 Tomatoes (optional)
8 Pickles (optional)
9 Butter/Margarine

  • Step 1: Cut thin slices of chicken breast.
  • Step 2: Deep fry chicken on mild fire with covered lid for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 3: Set the fried chicken aside. On another pan melt a teaspoon of butter or margarine.
  • Step 4: Cut the burger buns in half, toast both sides on the buttery pan until slightly crispy. Set aside.
  • Step 5: Time to put the pieces together. This is totally up to you but I did: bread, lettuce, roasted sesame sauce, chicken, more sauce, cheese, tomato, bread.
  • Step 6: That's it, your burger is ready!

Tips & Tricks/Notes

Since i couldnt find burger buns with sesame at the store i went the extra mile and fried the sesame and stuck them to the buns myself. I do not recommend you do this, very messy work.

Still delicious tho.
