Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 Cauliflower
2 Flour
3 Oil
4 Salt & Spices

  • Step 1: Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Wash and set aside.
  • Step 2: In a bowl, pour 2 cups of flour, add spices of your choice and mix well. I added salt, cayenne, garlic powder, dried parsley.
  • Step 3: Add 1/2 cup of water to the flour, mix well to break all the lumps. The texture should be thick.
  • Step 4: Throw the cleaned cauliflower into the flour bowl, mix until all the cauliflower is covered in flour.
  • Step 5: Heat oil in pan. Once heated add your cauliflower and fry until golden brown, 3-4min.
  • Step 6: Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks/Notes

Goes great with yogurt!

Tip: if you have left over flour paste after you finish frying the cauliflower, fry it shaped in small circles, a great snack for later!
