Fluffy Pancakes (No Eggs!)

Ingredients

# Item Amount Where to buy?
1 Flour 1 cup
2 Sugar 1/4 cup
3 Baking soda 1/2 tsp
4 Baking powder 1 tsp
5 Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
6 Butter (melted) 1 tBs
7 Milk 3/4 cup
8 Vinegar 1/4 tsp

  • Step 1: In bowl add flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
  • Step 2: Add molten butter, vanilla essence, warm milk and vinegar.
  • Step 3: Mix batter until smooth with no lumps. Your batter is ready!
  • Step 4: Heat your pan on medium fire and apply little bit of butter.
  • Step 5: Pour the batter in a round shape. Cook for 2 minutes on low fire.
  • Step 6: Flip the pancake and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  • Step 7: Your pancakes are ready to be served.

Tips & Tricks/Notes

Note: I used brown sugar, it works even better if you use powdered sugar as it will add to the fluffiness!

Another note: you may do the same recipe without sugar, but it wont be as fluffy. 

Goes great with icing, honey, chocolate sauce.
