Fish & Chips

Ingredients

# Item Amount Where to buy?
1 Fish fillet
2 Flour
3 Salt & Pepper
4 Oil

  • Step 1: Add oil into a pan, wait until it's ready to be cooked. (DO NOT place your fish before it begins to sizzle, bad experience)
  • Step 2: Cut fish fillet in desired size (preferably big pieces, easier to cook).
  • Step 3: In a bowl, mix about 2 cups of flour with salt and pepper.
  • Step 4: Dip each piece of fish fillet into the flour mixture. Place in sizzling oil.
  • Step 5: Repeat for all pieces. Fry until golden brown on both sides of the fish.
  • Step 6: Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks/Notes

Tip: dry your fish by placing them on paper towels, cooking will be difficult if your fish are not fully defrosted & not dry! 

Another tip: for a side, fry the frozen french fries in oil until golden brown. Ta-da!
