Creamy Lemon Noodles

Ingredients

| 3 | Cheese (i used sliced) | ||
| 4 | Oil | ||
| 5 | Sesame | ||
| 6 | Water | ||
| 7 | Salt & Garlic powder |
- Step 1: If you're adding sesame, fry raw sesame in a heated pan on high fire. Should take 1 minute to turn golden brown. Set aside.
- Step 2: In a pot, bring water to a boil, add in your noodles and let simmer until the noodles are soft.
- Step 3: In a pan, heat 1 table spoon of oil. Remove the boiled noodles from the water and add into the pan (do not dispose the noodle water!).
- Step 4: Add 2 table spoons of the water from the noodles onto the pan of noodles. Add a slice of cheese and lemon zest (shredded). Squeeze some lemon.
- Step 5: Add salt and garlic powder. Mix well in the heated pan. The texture should be creamy and moist.
- Step 6: Once mixed, turn off the pan and place the noodles in a bowl. Sprinkle some sesame.
- Step 7: Done!
