Easy Pizza (Low Carb)

Ingredients

1 Lavash/Pita/Tortilla Open Link
2 Pepperoni/Salami/Sausage Open Link
3 Cheese (i used sliced)
4 Tomato Paste
5 Butter/Margarine

  • Step 1: Melt butter in a pan and fry salami until fully cooked.
  • Step 2: In a separate flat pan heat lavash.
  • Step 3: When lavash begins to get warm, spread tomato paste and cover the pan to trap the heat. Let sit under medium fire for a minute.
  • Step 4: Cut the sliced cheese into bits, or use shredded cheese and sprinkle on top of the tomato paste. Cover the pan for a few seconds until the cheese melts.
  • Step 5: Once the cheese begins to melt, spread the cooked salami around the lavash. Cover pan for 30 seconds.
  • Step 6: You did it! Now enjoy your crispy pizza or repeat the steps to make some more!

You may find better, easier and tastier way to make this pizza. It's all up to your taste and liking!
